About Dr. Oliver
Patrick Oliver, MD, is an experienced ketamine infusion specialist serving patients at MindPeace Clinics in Richmond, Arlington, and Norfolk, Virginia.
Dr. Oliver studied at the University of Richmond, in Virginia, for his undergraduate education, and then entered the business world working as a business process consultant for KPMG in California. He later transferred to Virginia to work with the Department of Defense at the Pentagon and other secured facilities.
It was then that Dr. Oliver decided that his true passion was to be realized by pursuing his dream of becoming a physician. He attended the University of Pennsylvania’s post-baccalaureate pre-health program to get the science courses he needed to apply to medical school. He attained his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
After medical school, Dr. Oliver successfully completed his residency in emergency medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and passed his examination by the American Board of Emergency Medicine to become certified. Dr. Oliver is licensed to practice medicine in Virginia.
Following his medical education and training, Dr. Oliver worked for several emergency departments throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and currently teaches both medical students and emergency medicine residents.
